Any Non-Participating Crafts such as Boilermakers, Pipefitters, Heat & Frost Insulators, Pile Drivers and Sprinkler Fitters are a rate of 1 time $160 per person initiation fee and .13/per hour worked. A Non-Participating Craft Agreement MUST be signed. |

All Non-Bargaining Members, Non-Participating Craft Agreement members, Industrial Cleaning Members, and anyone in a D.O.T. pool will not receive a stipend check for a random test. |

D.O.T Employers are responsible for paying for all D.O.T. pre-employment testing. Anyone in a D.O.T. pool will not receive a stipend check for a D.O.T. random test. D.O.T. random test should be taken on company time.

Industrial Cleaning Agreement members rate is $240 with the renewal rate of $240. Industrial members will not receive a stipend check for a random test. Employers must pay for all pre-employment testing. |

BCRC Office Staff Agreement (BOSA) $240 with renewal rate of $240. This includes estimators, engineers, specialty craft and other non-bargaining unit employees. BOSA members will not receive a stipend check for a random test. |
